We would like to inform you about several important updates to the StrikePlagiarism.com Similarity Report that will be available in your system starting from January 12, 2026.
1. Refined color palette in the Interactive Report

The Interactive Report now uses a softer, more consistent color scheme to enhance readability and visual clarity. Source highlighting has been refined to ensure clearer differentiation between matched content, paraphrased fragments, and excluded quotations, making analysis more intuitive and reducing eye strain. The main action button color has been updated from red to dark blue to align with the refreshed interface style.

Improved presentation of paraphrased text — paraphrased fragments are now displayed in a more intuitive and user-friendly way
Updated color for excluded quotations, making them easier to distinguish from matched content

When you choose the fragment, the color has been changed from blue to yellow.

2. QR code in the Similarity Report (PDF format)
A QR code has been added to the Similarity Report in PDF format. It allows quick access to the report from another device without searching for files or performing additional actions. When accessed via the QR code, the report opens in view-only mode (editing is not possible).
To activate this option, the account Administrator must enable it in the Settings.
This update is aimed at making work with the report even more convenient and intuitive for instructors and administrators.
